Integrity.  It's basically that simple.  An entrepreneurial spirit would be a plus.  Being whip-smart is an obvious necessity.  But we want someone with a soul. Someone who does the right thing.  We'll bet on raw talent over tenure. If you're fanatic about keeping your word and exceeding expectations, we want to talk to you.

 

 

Paralegals & Staff

You are what keeps the ship afloat, as vital, if not more so, as any teammate.  Attention to detail, enthusiasm and a willingness to speak your mind are all important.  Culture comes first, though.  You'll be expected to wear a variety of hats, be flexible and be the embodiment of our startup mentality.  For you, a role that requires multitasking should be non-negotiable.  In short, we're looking for rock stars.
